This policy applies to all mobile games published by TAVRO Games ("we", "us") on the Apple App Store, and to this website.

Information we collect

• No account required. Our games do not require you to create an account or provide your name.
• Game progress is stored on your device and, if enabled, in your personal iCloud account via Apple.
• Anonymous diagnostics such as crash reports may be shared with us by Apple if you opt in on your device.
• Emails you send us (support or waitlists) are used only to reply or send the updates you asked for.

Purchases

Any in-app purchases are processed by Apple. We never receive your payment details.

Advertising & tracking

We do not sell your personal data. If a game ever includes ads or third-party analytics, it will be disclosed on its App Store privacy label and we will request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency where required.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country).

Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of any data we hold about you (for example, support emails) by contacting us. UK and EU residents have rights under UK GDPR / GDPR.
